I run the company, but my senior manager is on the verge of the bankruptcy recently.

The senior was the person who already became 80 years old, but tried it hard as the active president for about 50 years till this age.

Before, he said to me that "I'd like to find the successor, and want to retire".

I am really sorry for him….
